- There is no charge to join the wine club
- You authorize Papagni Winery to charge your credit card for the cost of your selection, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees, prior to each club shipment.If a credit card is not authorized for two subsequent shipments, membership will be terminated.
- Members must notify Papagni Wines of any address, telephone, email or credit card changes at least one week prior to scheduled shipment date.
- You must be at least 21 years old to join Papagni Wine Club and all wine shipments require the signature of an adult who is at least 21 years of age for delivery; whenever possible, we recommend using a business address
- You will receive an informational e-mail about the wines in each club release approximately 10 days before the wines are shipped. When you get this email, at that time please verify that your payment shipping information is up to date.
- We are happy to hold members’ wines at our winery for up to 30 days after the club release date. If wines are not claimed in that time, they will be sent to your shipping address on record.
- Papagni wines is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments.
- If you shipping address is not up to date you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to redeliver to your correct address.
- Upon subscribing, you commit to receiving two shipments and then may cancel any time thereafter with 30 days written notice by email or by letter. Early cancellations will result in a 40 dollar fee.
- Membership is currently available for shipment to the following states: CA, AK & Washington DC. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to you in California. We make no representations to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You, as buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
